Furner was born in Northamptonshire, England.
She began playing piano from the age of six and writing her own songs from eleven years old. She was raised in a small house where her bedroom doubled as a mini recording studio for her father. She would often lie awake into the early hours listening to him recording and playing music from a range of artists like Stevie Wonder, Kate Bush and Carol King. Furner is completing the recording of her debut album, which is due to be released late 2011 or early 2012.Furner is also close friends with Jonas Brother Nick Jonas
